At EverFound, every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preferences, or incorrect orders placed by customers.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Clear photographs of the product

• An unboxing video showing the issue

Upon verification, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Requests raised beyond 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and shipped across India through our trusted logistics partners. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Every EverFound order includes a complimentary 30-Day Quality Assurance Warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:
